The Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made via the "The Palms" website directly or secured with our Event/Services Manager. For bookings made via alternative sources please read their Terms & Conditions carefully.

The rates shown are for the entire villa per night, with a three night minimum stay. Bookings can be made over the internet at www.thepalmspuntacana.com. A deposit of 25% for website bookings are required at the time of securing your reservation. A confirmation email will be forwarded to your nominated email once the booking process is complete.

The person affecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in that booking.

Cancellation and Amendment Conditions for The Palms:

Upon reciept of the fianl payment to secure your stay at the villa and in the unfortuneate event you have to cancel with us we would be happy to work with you on alternative dates that would better accommodate any changes needed. If we are able to rerent the villa for the same dates we will be happy to refund the entire cost except a $1000 administrative fee.

A security/Damage Deposit will be reuired and varies on the length and type of booking.
