Dining Experience

The Palms offers a First Class dining experience. Sit back, relax and enjoy YOUR vacation while our chefs and their team take care of everything. We offer 3 Dining Packages to meet both your culinary preferences and budget.  Packages are charged "per night" not per day.  It includes snacks upon arrival to the villa, dinner arrival night, 3 meals per day for full days, and, breakfast on departure day.  Our chef can happily accommodate dietary requirements and/or allergies during your stay. The kitchen staff includes a gourmet chef, assistants to prepare and clean up as well as a bartender for 8 hours a day. To maximize your relaxation and enjoyment at The Palms, preparation of meals in our commercial kitchen will be limited to The Palms staff. 

Bar Service

You dining package includes a bartender! Bar stock options include pre stocking the bar prior to the arrival with a 25% shopping fee.  Or you can purchase on your way to the villa, the staff is happy to assist with any additional purchases during your stay.

Special Requests

The Palms can offer custom designed Specialty Cakes and floral arrangements. Enjoy a Dominican style pig roast  and local dominical flare or even International Gastronomical Themed Dinners. Feel free to request any additional items that will complete any special occassion.
